Dr. Worawat Chaiyosburana, CEO of Beger Group, and Mr. Kris Imsang, President and CEO of IRPC Public Company Limited, officially signed the memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the development of the Paint & Coatings project on June 21st. The main objective of this collaboration is to add value to products, meet consumer demands, and follow the commitment to sustainability and saving the world.
With Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), the innovation from the IRPC R&D team, and the innovative paint & coatings from the Beger R&D team, they will provide highly effective products. For example, It offers a three times longer lifespan of metal structures without requiring frequent maintenance and environmental impact. This makes it suitable for various metal structures such as oil refineries, petrochemical plants, airports, ports, and bridges. Also, it offers heavy weathering resistance from ASEAN countries and is eco-friendly due to its production causing low greenhouse gas.
In addition, this collaboration is an important next step for both Beger and IRPC, as they share the goals of decreasing international paint imports and increasing the competitiveness of the paint and coating industry in the country. This aligns with our vision to create and support a better world, environment, society, and life.
