1961
The Company was founded under the name of Thaweerung Limited Partnership, a distributor of paints and construction materials by Mr. Prasert Chaiyotburana.
1963
Thaweerung Limited Partnership was the first and the only company in Thailand to collaborate with Bayer Germany (the world’s No. 1 leading in wood coating technology) in importing Unithane for wood coating and was sold under “Beger Unithane B-52” trademark, which at that time was known as “Rocket oil” or “Aircraft Seal B-52”.
2000
The Company developed wood preservation products for exterior and interior, applicable for both wall and floor, emphasizing on deep penetration through inside of woods and enhance beauty of natural-looked wood grain.
2006
The Company has set up plant for Super Resin production.
2007
The Company has expanded its business to decorative paints market and has launched BegerCool-its flagship innovation product which has been well-known renowned by the market for both distinctive sales and variously notable awards, National Innovation Award from the King especially.
2012
2012 Successfully invented Air Purifying Paints for interior application that helped improving indoor air quality for family hygiene, namely BegerShield AirFresh, BegerShield AirClean and BegerShield PhotoClean.
2016
2016 The Company took a step further with distinctive innovation namely Beger One, the first and foremost ready-to-use with no primer needed DIY paint in Thailand.
2020
2020 Took BegerShield AirFresh a step forward with Anti-Virus Gold iON, the first and the most efficient innovation that applied Gold iON Technology in prevention of coronavirus* SARS-CoV-2. The Product was awarded as the Product of the Year in 2020 of Business Plus Magazine.

2021 Prize winning in creative energy, energy conservation, and alternative energy development from the Thailand Energy Award 2021
Launched a new product, BegerShield GripTech 2 In 1 , the first high gloss multi-purpose metal paint that can be applied on all surfaces with anti-rust primer in one.

2022 The Company strengthened wood paint innovation leadership with the launch of Beger Polyurethane 1K Supreme Outdoor, the first and the only outdoor wood polyurethane in Thailand that provided superior sun & rain resistances and applicable for various exterior surfaces.
