Step 1: Surface Preparation

New Masonry Surfaces : 

Allow the surface to fully cure for at least 1 month and ensure moisture content is below 14% before painting.

Old Masonry Surfaces :

Remove all deteriorated paint. For areas affected by mold, mildew, or water stains, clean thoroughly using Beger MouldFree M-001.

Recommendations :

Before painting, the surface must be cleaned to remove dust, dirt, grease, oil, and loose particles.A stiff brush or high-pressure water may be used to remove any remaining debris. Repair cracks, holes, or surface imperfections using Beger Acrylic Filler F-200.

Step 2: Primer Application

New Masonry Surfaces :

Apply 1 coat of BegerCool All Plus Primer #6000, a heat-reflective alkali-resistant primer.Allow to dry for at least 2–4 hours before applying the topcoat.Alternatively, use B-2800, a 3-in-1 flexible water-based multi-purpose primer with white heat-reflective film.Apply 1 coat and let it dry for at least 2–4 hours prior to topcoating.

Old Masonry Surfaces :

Apply 1 coat of Beger Rain Quick Primer B-2900, a durable water-based multi-purpose primer.Let it dry for at least 2 hours. For maximum heat-reflective performance, apply 1–2 coats of BegerCool Flex No. 9000,
a high-performance elastomeric primer for exterior surfaces.Allow a minimum of 3 hours drying time before applying the topcoat.

Step 3: Topcoat Application

Apply 2 coats of BegerCool All Plus, made from 100% pure acrylic.Allow the first coat to dry completely for 2–3 hours before applying the next coat.
