Instructions for Use
- Ensure the surface is clean and free from oil, grease, and dust.
- Cut the nozzle to an opening of 4–6 mm. Apply the adhesive in lines or dots onto the surface to be bonded.
- After application, allow 3–5 minutes to adjust the position as needed.
- Leave to cure for 12–72 hours before use, depending on temperature and adhesive thickness.
Application Methods
- Lightweight materials: Apply in lines. Press the materials together, then pull apart and let the adhesive become tacky for 3–5 minutes. Rejoin and leave to dry for 24 hours before use.
- Heavy materials: Apply in a zigzag pattern (4–6 mm). Use clamps or supports to hold in place. Allow to dry for 24 hours before use.
- Uneven surfaces: Apply in dots across the surface with appropriate spacing. Secure with clamps or supports. Allow to dry for 24 hours before use.
- Insulation panels: Apply in lines and secure with clamps or supports. Allow to dry for 48–72 hours before use.
Storage
Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture in unopened packaging. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C.
