BegerShield Diamond Supergloss Enamel

Step 1 Surface Preparation

Old surface:

Remove deteriorated paint film and clean the surface. For metal surfaces, scrub all rust or apply paint remover, Beger Unisoft 9119. 

New surface:

Clean all dirt, dust, rust, and grease on the surface. For wood surfaces, sand and scrub before cleaning. 

Step 2 Priming

Metal surface:

Apply red oxide primer, BegerShield Diamond Supergloss Enamel BD-1024, for 1-2 coats and leave to dry for 5-6 hours before recoating.

Wood surface:

• For old wood, apply wood primer, BegerShield Diamond Supergloss Enamel Primer BD-1600, for 1-2 coats and leave to dry for 8-10 hours before recoating. 
• For new wood, apply aluminum wood primer, BegerShield Diamond Supergloss Enamel Primer BD-1601, for 1 coat and leave to dry for 8-10 hours before recoating.  

Step 3 Top Coating

Apply BegerShield Diamond Supergloss Enamel for 2 coats. Leave each coat to dry for 8-10 hours before recoating.
