Direction of Use

Step 1 Surface Preparation

Clean and remove all dust and dirt on the surfaces.
For fungi and algae, scrub and apply a mold killer such as Beger MouldFree. Leave it to dry without washing. When it is dry entirely, use Beger RoofSeal Cool.
For old painted surfaces or deteriorated roof seals, it should remove them before applying the new one.

Step 2 Priming

Mix Beger RoofSeal Cool with water in a ratio of 3:1 and apply as a primer. Leave it to dry for 2 - 4 hours (To enhance strength and adhesion power, use Beger reinforcement mesh).

Step 3 Applying Roof Seal

For the 1st coat, apply Beger RoofSeal Cool (no dilution with water) and then leave it to dry for 2 - 4 hours. For the 2nd coat, it should leave to dry for at least 12 hours before using the area.
